The customer was quite satisfied with the style of our dual-column X-ray machine, so we provided the product parameter confirmation function to meet the use needs. Then we confirmed with the customer whether the X-ray machine was needed or the DR imaging system was needed. The customer asked about the brand of our company’s DR flat-panel detector. We replied that our company provides self-produced flat-panel detectors. If the customer has a special brand preference, he can also specify the brand. The customer asked whether there are imported flat-panel detectors because he is more concerned about product stability and does not want after-sales problems. The customer replied that the technology of flat-panel detectors made in China is now very mature.
